The utility model relates to underground construction machinery, in particular to a multifunctional rotary digging drilling machine. A hydraulic system of a double dynamical rotary digging drilling machine mainly comprises an oil tank, a main control valve and a hydraulic actuating mechanism which are driven by a diesel engine driving system. The hydraulic system comprises two motors, wherein each motor respectively drives one pump, and is connected to the oil tank, the main control valve and the hydraulic actuating mechanism through pipelines connected in parallel with a hydraulic system pipeline driven by diesel oil, and a manual (automatic) switching valve is arranged at a parallel connection node of the pipeline arranged in front of the main control valve. The hydraulic system of the double dynamical rotary digging drilling machine can respectively adopt electric power or diesel oil as motive power sources.
