When the electromechanical equipment normally run, the light-emitting diode (7) does not emit light, and the loudspeaker (9) dose not generate voice; and when the electromechanical equipment break down, alarm voice is generated, the light-emitting diode (7) irregularly emits light, and the loudspeaker (9) generates alarm voice in fluctuation.
本实用新型公开了一种煤矿机电设备电子检测器,它利用电子声控集成电路和音频功率放大集成电路,经传感器的金属探针(6)将机械运转时产生的振动信号变换为同步电信号经声频放大、整形、触发、处理后经音频功率放大集成电路放大使发光二极管(7)发光及喇叭(9)发音,在机电设备正常运转时发光二极管(7)不发光,喇叭(9)不发音。在机电设备出现故障时,就会发出报警声,发光二极管(7)无规律发光,喇叭(9)发出忽高忽低的报警声音。
