Abstract

一种脚踏车外挂式增力系统,包括一曲柄心轴,该曲柄心轴两端分别结合有一脚踏板,一第一链轮组连接曲柄心轴及齿轮变速器,该齿轮变速器以该入力轴连接该第一链轮组,入力轴设单向轴承仅能以储能方向转动,该入力轴固设涡旋弹簧的一端,涡旋弹簧另端固定至涡旋弹簧壳部,该涡旋弹簧壳部再固定该齿轮组的第一齿轮,该齿轮组并以出力轴输出储能,经该第二链轮组输出至该后轮链轮组,进而带动后轮转动,而该后轮链轮组与曲柄心轴亦以单向轴承区隔,据此,当该脚踏板施力小于该涡旋弹簧储能时,涡旋弹簧将释放储能,从而达到省力效果。

Therefore, when the force applied to the foot pedal is less than the stored energy of the volute spring, the volute spring releases the stored energy, thus achieving the effort-saving effect.
