本实用新型公开了一种生物质制氢一体化装置,包括反应罐、设置在反应罐顶部开口处的上盖、固定安装在反应罐内下方将反应罐内空间分隔为二部分的筛网、设置在反应罐下半部分的送风口、设置在反应罐下半部分的排渣口、设置在反应罐接近开口处外侧的排气口、设置在上盖的加料口、连接在筛网下方的排料口、能与排气口连通的净化器、以及与净化器连通的储氢罐。其中反应罐优选真空保温罐,上盖优选固定连接在反应罐顶部开口处,加料口出口处还可设置有锥形散料装置。本实用新型具有高效、经济性、稳定性和方便灵活的优点。
The utility model discloses an integral device for producing hydrogen by biomass. The integral device comprises a retort, an upper cover arranged at the top opening of the retort, a sieve fixedly arranged in the retort and dividing the space in the retort into two parts, an air supply outlet arranged at the lower half part of the retort, a slag discharging port, an air discharging port arranged at the outer side of a part near the opening of the retort, a material charging port arranged at the upper cover, a material discharging port connected below the sieve, a purifier capable of being communicated with the air discharging port, and a hydrogen storing tank communicated with the material charging port. Preferably, the retort is a vacuum heat-insulation pot and the top cover is preferably and fixedly connected at the top opening of the retort; and a taper-shaped material dispensing device can also be arranged at the material charging port. The integral device has the advantages of high efficiency, economy, stability, convenience and flexibility.
