本实用新型属于生物能源技术领域,涉及一种车库式厌氧干发酵装置。本实用新型由干发酵系统和渗滤液循环回流系统;干发酵系统包括车库式发酵仓、密封门、沼气出口、渗滤液喷淋头、渗滤液收集系统;密封门的中心轴安装在车库式发酵仓的进料端顶部墙体,在气缸的推拉下实现上下旋转式关闭和开启,沼气出口设在车库式发酵仓的顶部,渗滤液喷淋头设在车库式发酵仓的顶部,渗滤液收集系统设在车库式发酵仓的底部;渗滤液循环回流装置包括设有抽液口和进液口及接种口的渗滤液收集罐和水泵,进液口设在渗滤液收集罐的底部,抽液口和接种口分别设在渗滤液收集罐的中下部,水泵装在抽液口与喷淋头之间;车库式发酵仓内的喷淋头通过管道与渗滤液回流装置的水泵连接,车库式发酵仓的渗滤液收集系统与设在渗滤液收集罐底部的进液口连接。本装置具有进出料方便、传质传热效率高、发酵速度快、产气效率高等优点。

A central shaft of the sealing door is installed on a wall on the top of a feeding end of the garage fermentation bin and realizes closing and opening in a vertical rotating manner under pushing of a cylinder, the methane outlet is arranged on the top of the garage type fermentation bin, the leachate spray head is arranged on the top of the garage type fermentation bin, the leachate collection system is arranged at the bottom of the garage type fermentation bin, the leachate circulation backflow system comprises a leachate collection tank provided with a liquid extraction opening, a liquid inlet and an inoculation opening, and a water pump, the liquid inlet is arranged at the bottom of the leachate collection tank, the liquid extraction opening and the inoculation opening are respectively arranged in the lower middle of the leachate collection tank, the water pump is installed between the liquid extraction opening and the spray head, the spray head in the garage type fermentation bin is connected with the water pump of the leachate backflow device through a pipeline, and the leachate collection system of the garage type fermentation bin is connected with the liquid inlet at the bottom of the leachate collection tank. The device has the advantages of convenience of feeding and discharging, high mass and heat transmission efficiency, fast fermentation speed, high gas producing efficiency and the like.
