Abstract

The utility model discloses a transformer of improved structure, relating to the technical field of transformers. The transformer comprises a framework, and an iron core assembly and a conducting coil which are arranged on the framework. The conducting coil is wound by strip wires. In the transformer of improved structure, the existing conducting coil wound by thread-like wires is replaced by the conducting coil wound by strip wires. As the cross section area of the strip wires is much bigger than that of the thread-like wires, the resistance of the conducting coil is largely reduced, heat produced by the conducting coil is largely reduced, heat losses are reduced, and transformer efficiency is improved. Besides, the cross section area of the strip wires is much bigger than that of the thread-like wires, the rated load capable of being bore by the transformer is largely improved, and transformer damage or failure risks caused by too large transformer load are largely reduced.
本实用新型涉及变压器技术领域,尤其是指一种结构改良型变压器,包括骨架、设置于骨架的铁芯组件及设置于骨架的导电线圈,所述导电线圈由条状导线绕制而成。本实用新型所述结构改良型变压器使用的导电线圈采用条状导线来绕制,代替现有的用丝状导线来绕制的导电线圈,由于条状导线比丝状导线的截面积大得多,使得导电线圈的电阻大大降低,从而大大减少了导电线圈产生的热量,减少了热量的散失,提高了变压器的效率。另外,由于条状导线比丝状导线的截面积大得多,变压器可以承受的额定负载也提高了很多,从而大大降低了变压器因负载过大而造成变压器损坏或失效的风险。
