Abstract

The utility model relates to a roll table structure of a sheet strip hot-rolling mill, comprising a roll table horse, and roll table crossbeams and a main roll table which are arranged on the inner side of the roll table horse; the main roll table comprises a plurality of roll table sections along the horizontal direction; all the roll table sections are connected end to end; the main roll table is in a V-shaped structure; each roll table section at least comprises two groups of adjacent roll tables; each roll table group comprises rollers which are deployed symmetrically, a baffle and roller supports, wherein the rollers are supported on the roller supports and are connected with the roll table crossbeams on both sides together with the baffle; and the combined ends of the two rollers are connected through the roller supports. By adopting the structure in which the roll table is designed in to V-shaped, the utility model not only has the exclusive characteristic that hot-rolled billets are automatically centered, but also reduces the scratching of the roller surface to the lower surface of the hot-rolled strip billets, and the baffle which is arranged between the rollers can effectively prevent the hot-rolled strip billets form sliding off. In addition, the roll table crossbeams on both sides of the rollers can also play the role of a guard board, thereby ensuring the accurate positioning and conveying of the hot-rolled strip billets.
一种板带热轧机的辊道结构,包括辊道脚架,设置于辊道脚架内侧的辊道横梁及主辊道,所述主辊道沿水平方向设为若干辊道段,各辊道段间头尾相衔接,所述主辊道呈V形结构,所述各辊道段至少有两组相邻的辊道组构成,所述各辊道组包括,呈对称布局的辊子,挡板及辊子支架,其中:上述辊子支撑在辊子支架上,并与挡板一起与两旁的辊道横梁相驱接,上述两辊子的结合端通过辊子支架相连接。由于采用了将辊道设置为V形的结构,不仅独具使热轧坯自动对中的特点,而且还减少了辊面对热轧带坯下表面的擦伤,而设置在辊子之间的挡板,可有效地防止热轧带坯下滑。此外辊子两旁的辊道横梁还可起到护板的作用,确保了热轧带坯的准确定位和运送。
