本实用新型公开的液压夹紧小车的夹紧结构,它主要包括夹具体,夹具体内设有由液压油缸驱动的张紧块,以及与张紧块相配合的锥形压头,张紧块可移动设置在锥形压头内,所述的张紧块的内侧面为锥面,所述的夹具体内还设有一由液压油缸驱动的、可伸缩的止退锥杆,该止退锥杆位于锥形压头的中心处,其前端为一锥形顶头,该锥形顶头的锥面与张紧块的内侧面相配合。本实用新型得到的液压夹紧小车的夹紧结构,结构简单,且夹紧效果良好,完全满足生产工艺,可不通过制造拉拔头就能完成夹紧动作,不仅使得整个生产工序更加简单,提高了生产效率,而且可完全避免以往“打头”、“去头”所造成的管料浪费,有效降低了生产成本。
